There are gazillions of portable media players around but rarely will you find one that fits not just your budget but your multimedia needs. Phillips has announced a new addition to its latest offerings of consumer electronics -- the PMC7230. Everybody is thinking that it was just testing the waters. But the PMC7230 offers more than what other brands claim to offer. Just the though of a 30GB storage will get you leaping for joy, enjoying every possible digital file that is downloadable. You can store hours of TV shows or your favorite movie releases and take them out every time you feel like bored. Or 15,000 audio tracks all stored in one sleek device.
With the 3.5-inch display, you're sure to see every minute detail in the picture. The gadget gives convenience especially for long haul flights with the built-in kickstand to give your wrists a rest when watching a movie. The device also makes it possible to download video or audio direct from various sources like your TV. The battery life is one of its biggest draws. Extracting videos from your camcorder is so painstaking sometimes. I know you would agree with me, especially if you're planning to send the videos to a friend via email. No matter how big your email storage is, it just won't fit sometimes. A wonderful solution to that is the camcorder called Small Wonder EZ 101. The names say it all. It's small, it's a wonder, and fortunately, it is also very easy to manipulate.
Small Wonder is RCA's latest offering. It's a digital video camera that does away with the complications and perplexities of capturing videos or still images and sending them through email. You can even edit your videos, if you want. The simple design may lead you to think twice of its capabilities but it is not some run-of-the-mill, point-and-shoot videocam. It has a 1.4” LCD screen and easy-to-locate buttons, thus, people who have only been recently acquainted with the camera would find these controls friendly. Small Wonder also has a small lens fixed at the front of the unit.
This simple gadget runs on two AA batteries and comes with a 512 MB memory capacity. You think that memory is not sufficient, but believe me you'll only need this much when doing small clips or a few still photos.

Sure, we've done rock climbing in Sydney, we've surfed the tides of Waikiki and even jumped off the cliff in Ontario, but are those adrenaline-rush-moments caught on film? Or better yet a camcorder. I bet you have one at home, but your drawer is not the best place for it. Taking your camcorder to your adventures is a must. Without it, it's like going to battle without any armory. And please be sure that it's not heavy.
Why do you need a camcorder when traveling? For the simple reason that it might just be the last time you'll be doing it or maybe the first and last time to travel to that location. Might as well capture it on video, right?
When using the camcorder be sure to put yourself in the picture or video for that matter. Most video cameras now have flip-out LCD screens that you can swivel to view yourself while your shooting. When shooting a series of events, use the fade out button to have a seamless video. If its possible, use a tripod. If not you can use a make-shift tripod so you can take steady shots. Lastly, bring enough blank tape or CD's. You'll never know what's ahead.

Two new digital cameras have made their successful entrance into the digital market and both of them are from Sanyo, a popular Japanese brand of consumer electronic products. The Sanyo Xacti C40 and C6 are making noises in the market. Even though these items are not exactly the leaders in the digital video recording industry, both are multi-functional digital video camcorders that are worth buying.
The C6 and the C40 are both capable of shooting high-resolution MPEG4 videos and still images. The C6 is probably the world's smallest, thinnest, and lightest of digital video camcorder. It's so small I'm pretty sure it fits your pocket. And it's so light I bet it's even lighter than your iPod nano. Capture still images with a resolution of up to 6 megapixels. Or shoot a MPEG4 video that you can directly playback in your TV.
The C40, on the other hand, is also a small wonder. It's super sleek but it's priced reasonably. It's packed with all the nifty features great for a video recorder. It has a 1.8” LCD screen, optical zoom lens and 10x digital zoom. Like its twin, it's also capable of shooting MPEG4 videos. Both camcorders come in an ergonomic, single-hand grip for easy shooting.

Truly, big things come from small packages. Just like the JVC GR-DVP3U MiniDV Digital Camcorder. At the drop of a hat, I will ditch my bulky camcorder for this small but powerful digital camcorder. It's so small that it can even fit in your shirt's pocket. It's very lightweight so you can take still pictures and videos on the go.
The GR-DVP3U is full-featured combined with a high-quality digital still camera that allows you to capture images in a variety of modes . The CCD display has amazing resolution with 680,000 pixels to beat; produces bright and crystal-clear images. It has a view finder feature an optical zoom lens which zooms up any images up to 200 times. It is also equipped with a Digital Image stabilizer that helps sleek your camera moves. It is provided with a removable memory that indulges you in transferring your files in your computer. In addition, this camcorder allows you to transfer your images through USB, Firewire and S-Video.
This small yet durable camcorder is made of metal. It is good for low-lighting conditions. Now, taking pictures and documenting the important events in your life has never been this trouble-free. Surely, this camera is a small wonder.

For starters, this picture is mistakenly identified with mobile phone. Although the gadget is small, it is capable of recording events with crisp precision.
This video recorder is perfectly suited for videoing small room situations. Unlike the older versions, this model is easily used and does not burden the users. Its lightness provides flexibility and its miniature size make the camera navigate through the environment. Likely, most video recorders have changed their gears towards this model.
